Friday night kick-off with Left Field Revival at Cairo

So, Saturday and Sunday are all music and film, but Friday night we kick things off with a special performance from Left Field Revival at Cairo. Tickets are $10, and here is what to expect:

Your uncle, we suspect, has a secret, dancing barefoot, reveling in the sound of his feet on linoleum floor with the afflicted devotion and authenticity of a child’s imagination. Pair your uncle’s richly private life with insanely contrasting thematic music and dress him in a costume you would not be caught dead in at age 13. Build it all on top of a mature desire to create unpretentious, genuine, possibly absurd worlds of human expression and you’ve got Left Field Revival.

October 24th LFR will bring you dancing, live music, and visual enticements created in collaboration with local photographer: Amanda Allen and orchestral Maestro: Anne Mathews.
